How would DIG feel about adding a section on contributing documentation
bugs via launchpad in the 'beginner workflow' section of
https://wiki.evergreen-ils.org/doku.php?id=evergreen-docs:how-to-contribute-documentation
?

I am happy to write it, I just wanted to check with the community before I
edited the wiki :)
