[OPEN-ILS-DOCUMENTATION] Wiki improvements?

Hi folks,

Since it sounds like there's a consensus, I've made the following changes
to the wiki:

[1] I've turned on hierarchical breadcrumbs.
[2] I've installed the edittable plugin
[3] The move plugin was already installed, but I've created a "manager"
group that has privileges to use the plugin's bulk change features and
added Tiffany's account to that group. Tiffany, please let me know if you
can now see the Admin page with a link to the move pages and namespaces
tool. Once I have confirmation that it's working, I can add others to that
group.
[4] Sidebar pages were already enabled, and I see that Tiffany has already
started experimenting with setting on up in the acq namespace (see
https://wiki.evergreen-ils.org/doku.php?id=acq:sidebar)

Regards,

Galen
