[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Default Z39.50

Dan,

I am able to access LC through Horizon and using the Z39.50 client in Marc
Edit.  I don't think that LC generally requires a user name and password .

I really don't think that this is a firewall issue.....but I guess I can't
be sure.
