[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] sorting catalog search results

I think Mike's suggested location for a sort control is better than my 
suggestion of putting it in the search bar at the top of the search results 
page.  The search bar is for initiating a new search, but what we want to do 
here is sort the results of the just completed search.  Could the Sort 
Results drop-down control be located just to the right and on the same line 
as the "Start << >> End" controls?
