[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Setting up Branches

Is there any sort of utility for setting up different branches in
Evergreen?

Right now, I am using the Gentoo image(thanks to Dan), but now I want to
get rid of the sample branches, and put our own in

I was just hoping someone could let me know the best way to do this
