I'll see if I can answer the others.

You're the first to ask for this, but I'll definitely give it some
thought. The current MARC Editor needs a lot of love (I'd like to see
a return of simple MARC validation with color coding, for example),
but there's also an effort to more directly integrate with OCLC's
Connexion client for those who want to use that. Another possibility
is for us to use MARC editors from other open source ILS projects
(that's an advantage of open source, you can share and share alike,
and use best of breed components).

Right now you can do this under the hood if you're comfortable with
Unix/Linux, but I'm looking forward to the front-facing interface for
this.

You can also do batch deletion of records from the Record Bucket
interface. I'll add a Delete Record option to the Actions for this
Record menu from the record details page in the staff catalog for more
convenient single-record deletion.

Not yet, but that's the plan.

There is meta-data on who created a record and when, and who last
updated a record and when. A historical record of that is available
in the database in audit tables, but there's no front-facing interface
for it. One feature I would like to see in the future is the ability
to compare (and possibly restore) past revisions of a bibliographic
record.

Thanks Robert, Thanks Murphy!
