Hi Kevin:

I've added the script to the wiki at
http://open-ils.org/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=advocacy:evergreen_walk-through_script

ERM = Electronic Resource Management - this means different things to
different people, of course; to some people it's essentially an A-Z list of
e-journals, to others it's a complete management system for subscriptions,
renewals, and holdings (which makes it an intersection of acquisitions and
classic serials management). Others can weigh in with their own definition
:)

Evergreen does include authority control - you can validate fields when
you're editing a MARC record, for example. It's just that, at the moment,
there's not much in the way of a graphical interface for loading or tweaking
the authority records that you've loaded into the system.
