[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] OPAC searching (using staff client, at least)

I seem to be having some difficulty in getting results when searching in Evergreen (as implemented by PINES) using the MARC Expert Search, as well as with the general search. If I search by TCN for ocm75713875, I get the record for Morocco. 8th ed. Lonely Planet. I would like to find out if there is a serial record for this title. When I attempt to search for this record using the search interface (Morocco in the 1st box as either Title contains or Keyword contains, lonely planet in 2nd box as Keyword contains), I get 5 records (keyword) or 2 records (title), neither of which appears to be for ocm75713875. Searching by title alone brings up 146 records, 10 per page, in no particular/discernable order; limiting to Books format reduces that to 128 records. Attempting to search using the MARC Expert Search by 245a results in a lengthy pause with a progress animation running, and then no results.
1. Is there a better way to find serial records for things with fairly common titles?
2. Does Keyword search not include the publisher? Is there a way to search by publisher aside from using the MARC Expert Search?
3. Would it be possible to have a limit for Bibliographic Level (MARC Leader/07)?
4. Is there a known problem with the MARC Expert Search? It seems like it would be a very useful feature, but most of the times I've tried using it, I've received no hits, even when I know there are records that should match.
5. Is there a way to sort search results for secondary searches (those done using the box at the top of the results), without having to go back to the main search page?
6. When viewing the full MARC View for a record, it might be nice to be able to go back to the listing of results without having to choose OPAC view and then clicking the Go Back button (so, if there were a Go Back button on the MARC View display).
7. Is it possible (a setting somewhere, perhaps) to have more than 10 results display at once?
Thank you for your assistance,
