I just researched this for my mom and dad...  here's the best article I came
up with after a few days:

You can narrow your search based on cost per page, etc. Linux compatility,
etc.

If you need copying, just grab a scanner and goto:

Not exactly an "all-in-one" but you get the best of both worlds.  They also
have a fax program for the same effect.
