[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Client Login Error

I have evergreen running on Debian version, rel_1_2_1_4.  I do re-test
server it finds it.  I enter the default User and Password and it seems to
accept it but then I receive the error: File not found: lib/util/error.js

I figure I must not have a file some where configured right so it knows
where to point to get to the file.
