Though I suspect that the main reason for your question was regarding
Windows support, here is the basic answer for each:
W -- If someone with strong Windows network programming skills gets
involved, perhaps A -- Apache is heavily used in Evergreen M --
Evergreen is not designed to run on MySQL, and is specifically tuned for
Postgresql P -- Evergreen is written in Perl and C on the server side,
and is XML and JavaScript on the client side
