[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Evergreen 1.4 install problems after running staff client

Most of it was resolved and evergreen worked after the install. However,
after I rebooted the system, I began getting the:

"Unable to communicate with service open-ils.auth" when trying the srfsh
test.

Could anyone give me a lead on what to look into to resolve this issue?
Could a service not be getting started after a reboot?

Again, the settings tester script did not return any errors and I went
through the steps to restart evergreen as documented.

Thanks,
Robert
