[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Evergreen 1.4 RC2 - VirtualBox image

I put a new virtual image of Evergreen together last night, and Bill
Erickson helped test it and add a few more documentation tips today.

This is a virtual machine image for Evergreen 1.4 RC2 that
automatically starts Evergreen services at boot time and includes a
graphical environment with a Web browser and staff client. It's just
about the easiest way to have Evergreen running on your workstation
that I can imagine - and should be good for testing / training
purposes.
