[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Supporting RefWorks

If it's that easy it would be great. I suspect that I thought it was
hard because getting a proprietary ILS to export to RefWorks is a big
hack.

Ideally, I'd like to see both "Export this record" and "Export this bookbag".
