[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Hackfest space planning?

These are my thoughts as an occasional attendee,

- good strong wifi
- lots power outlets (don't count on everybody to bring their own)
- whiteboards, especially if they can be moved. flip charts would be ok
- either one main room with a few smaller ones or one big room, so
that teams can get
  some good separation.
- easy access to coffee, etc. coffee doesn't need to be provided, but
it has to be easy to find
