[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Ubuntu 8.04 installation instructions posted

Hello:

I have updated the instructions at
http://open-ils.org/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=installing_evergreen_1.2_on_ubuntu_7.10
to include any additional or different steps that are required to
install Evergreen on Ubuntu 8.04.

Notes:
  * The instructions assume a fresh install of Ubuntu; for example, if
you already have installed PostgreSQL 8.3, then the instructions will
probably fail miserably.
  * The staff client will not run natively on Ubuntu 8.04. As has been
mentioned elsewhere, you will either have to run the Windows staff
client on a Windows workstation, or use Wine to install and run the
Windows staff client on Ubuntu 8.04.

(Special thanks to Warren Layton who tipped me off that the existing
Makefile.install and install instructions for 7.10 worked almost
flawlessly with 8.04.)
