Yup, quite often the most simple answer is the best answer. So if I
have a shelving location that is set to "Holdable: no, Circulate: no"
and my circulation modifier is set to "non-circulating" (that might be a
MIEG thing..) I shouldn't be able to place a hold on an item in that
location. This helps me more than you know. Thanks!
