[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] importing authority records - Vandelay in general

Hi All - I can report something similar to what happened to Repke but with
batch importing of MARC records rather than authority files. It looks like
nothing has imported, as Repke says, progress bar sits at 0% - but when I
search for the records, they are there. I have also had to leave "Batch
Imported" and go back in again to "Inspect Queue" to see that things have
actually imported. I haven't reported this before, because it doesn't
happen all of the time, sometimes things work exactly as they should. Let
me know if I can supply more info.
