We've contracted with Equinox http://esilibrary.com for all of our 
Michigan Evergreen migrations, and we've been pleased with their service. 
One of our migrations, the Niles District Library, was from a Horizon 
system to Evergreen.

We're considering a move from Horizon to OpenILS and we'd like to
contact a vendor who is
supporting and hosting these sorts of transitions. I am not quite sure
where to start, so I'd appreciate
any recommendations folks could make.
