Do you mean different versions of the staff client, or the server.
If you mean the server, then you will need multiple jabber domains, at
least one per instance (and 2 each, for 1.4 and beyond in multi-domain
mode). One ejabberd instance can run all of them. Then it's just a
matter of installing everything to a second base directory ( --prefix
option to configure with both OpenSRF and Evergreen) and using the
second (set of) jabber domain(s) in the second set of files.
Configuring apache will be the trickiest part, as you'll need to
provide multiple virtualhost entries that pull in the proper
site-specific configuration, but it's probably best to worry about
getting multiple OpenSRF instances running first.
