[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] opeils/conf

hello
today i install all perl module, postgresql and many other module, but when
i installing opensrf 1.0.3 on ubunty 8.04 have some problems.
1. ./configure -- prefix=/openils --sysconfdir=/openils/conf (can`t create
"conf" directori) that is problem to test opensrf connection
2. problem with ejabberd acces... permission deny but i am root user...
chown -R opensrf:opensrf /opeils dont make permission
3. plz send me documentation about users and groups

plz help me finished installation ...
