[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] MARC Template

Having gotten 1.4 now working on Etch in a Xen Server 5.5 environment I now need to set up my MARC templates and am confused on where to go. I've done a quick google search but got far enough to read a post that suggested this template is now handled by the DB. So before I bang my head too much where can I modify this template?
