[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Staff client login problem

I have been using the vmware image Evergreen_1.2.1.4_on_Ubuntu_7.10 for a couple
to weeks now. All of a sudden, the staff client is now throwing network/server
errors. Here is the message i am getting:

method=open-ils.circ.circ_modifier.retrieve.all params=[] THROWN: null STATUS:

I am not sure of what could have changed. Help please.
