[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] OpenSRF Router CPU Usage

It looks like everything is trying to start on boot before Postgres starts. I'll have to do some digging for a good postgres startup script for etch

Sounds like you have a previous instance of the router that wasn't 
killed properly and is not spinning on a broken socket. Are there 
more than 2 OpenSRF Router processes? Assuming so, kill the one 
that's spinning and all will be well. If not, and one of the two that 
should be there is spinning, then we'll need more info from the router 
log to help.
