[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] request hold problem

Hello
I have problems with e-mail notification. don`t sending mail for
patron when patron  place hold. Another problem is pull list from hold
request.  Don’t see any request holds in staff client. When I type
patrons personal settings I see request hold but I need see full list.
In admin – local system Administration I see Pull List for Hold
Requests (Testing) nothing. How see many holds together?
What is my problem?
