[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Support for Dublin Core and OAI-PMH?

Hi,

I'm having a hard time figuring out if the current stable version of
Evergreen (1.4) has support "out of the box" for Dublin Core and OAI-PMH.

I couldn't find anything regarding that in the documentation, and i don't
see any evidence of it in the demo system and OPAC, which are from an older
release.

I would appreciate it if anyone could give me information regarding this.
