[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Hold/Transit slips

I think it's printing correctly. I tried to find an example of a transit
slip that didn't have a hold on it but couldn't. To clarify, a book is
returned in one branch but belongs to another branch and needs to be
returned to the owning branch. There are no holds on the item. Mary

There was a regression in 1.4 where the title of the pop-up dialog
always said Hold Slip even when it should have been Transit Slip.
However, the slip should print correctly. Is this what you're seeing?

This was fixed about a month ago and should be harmless, but I don't
believe a specific release of Evergreen has been cut since then.
