[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] import exsel in postgres

hello colleagues
I have database in excel please see attachment with title. I need
migrate it in to postgresql. I install Navicat in linux and
phppostgresql admin. but i need architecture of postgres. i know the
excel column join with postgres schema but which schema i need help.

excel columns:

create date	
inventor #	
author	
title	
place	
year	
price	
write off	
comment

i try with biblio record but nothing.
(i need change postgresl.conf file to connect remote server) early
this work only local host. how editing postgre.conf?
