Believe it or not, it's time to start planning Evergreen International
Conference 2010 -- at least as far as establishing site criteria, selecting
a site, establishing dates, etc.
Is there interest in forming a task force to...
1. Establish criteria for site proposals
2. Make recommendations for the site-selection process (committee selection,
voting, etc.)
3. Shepherd the proposal submission process
4. Review and select (or manage the voting process for) site selections?
(For those interested, the Code4Lib community has established criteria for
their conferences that include: not being within 1000 miles of the previous
year's conference, preference for college towns, inexpensive locations where
possible, and "Not horribly far from an at least modest airport.")
