Hi Mike,

Thanks  for your assistance, we have downloaded and  changed your suggested 
file on our server.
After this we have success on importing records.

It looks like you're using an older version of the pg_loader.pl script
-- probably as distributed with the RC1 tarball.  Can you grab this
newer version[1] and use that in the last step of generating the SQL?
