[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Question

Hello
I am doing some research about Evergreen to present to the heads of the city about possibly joining the Evergreen Community.

As Circulation Supervisor, I would like to know please, if a patron has  reached their maximum fee, will Evergreen automatically block thier card and the cards associated with them?
