[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Questions regarding 2.0 features

Thank you, Jason, for the response about the work log. I'm sure I had seen
it many times when going through the admin menus and hadn't thought to check
to see what was there. I also suspect many of my questions about 2.0 OPAC
features will be answered when a KCLS skin is released.

However, what about the part of the release notes that mentions the ability
to perform electronic receiving and invoicing? Has electronic invoicing been
implemented in 2.0?
