Vicki,

You can set up a profile for these types of users and limit the checkouts to 3.  In PINES we have a restricted profile that only allows 2 checkouts and no overdues or fines.

Is there a way to place a 'special circumstances' limit the number of
items a patron can check out.  For example, we usually limit new patrons
and patrons who are paying off a fine in installments to checking out 3
items at a time.  Can someone suggest a way to do this in Evergreen?
