[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Community Meeting minutes and Developer Meeting minutes available

On Tuesday, December 21st, the Evergreen project held two meetings: the
Community meeting (to coordinate efforts between various working groups
in the community) and the Developer meeting (to focus on
development-specific issues).
