[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Report for long overdue items?

Has anyone created a report template around items that have been overdue for
a long period of time that they would be willing to share?  I guess I'm
trying to do 2 things  - Make a list of people who have items that are more
than 4 weeks overdue and make a list of people who have billing totals over
$20.00.
Any help with this would much appreciated.
