[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] srfsh error

the installation of Opensrf was successful and i have followed the
documentation closely. when i start srfsh and send the command
"request opensrf.math add 2 2" it returns unable to communicate with
service.

i checked the logs and osrfsys.log reads
