By the way, I added a few tweaks to trunk and rel_1_6 based on this
thread.  It looks like I had already made lists of buckets
alphabetical at some point in the past.  But now there's immunity to
replication lag (no more Refresh'ing to get the bucket contents to
populate correctly) and an Add to Record Bucket action in the Item
Status interface.
