Wouldn't you also need at least call number and title as well? Unless you shelve by barcode, this won't be very easy to use.

Hi Richard, 

You could use the reporting system, with something like: 

Displayed Fields: 
Item -> Barcode -> Raw Data 
Item::Copy Status -> name -> Raw Data 

Base Filters: 
Item -> Is Deleted -> Raw Data (false)
