[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] evergreen 1.6.0.3

Hello,

I downloaded this version of Evergreen a month ago and it worked fine. Now
it is not letting me access. I uninstalled it and then downloaded the
1.2.4.0 and I need to take a look at it because I have a school project( I
am getting my MLS and have an open software project). What is the problem
with accessing it? Why it is not accepting my username and password( both
versions0?
