[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] two quick questions about biblio.record_entry

Two quick questions:

Is biblio.record_entry.id the unique number for a bib record?  I assume
it is, but wanted to double-check.

Does a "no" in biblio.record_entry.active mean that there is no item
attached to the bib record?
