Further to Mary Toma's reply in viewing holds for an item, you can also 
see patrons in the queue or other details by clicking on the column 
picker(which is located underneath "actions for selected holds") and 
selecting the heading/s  for the column information you would like to be 
displayed.  Hope this helps. :)
