Restart memcached. I was helping someone with this exact problem in
IRC last Thursday and everything seemed to work after he restarted
memcached.
It also doesn't hurt to restart the OSRF services:
osrf_ctl.sh -a restart_all
and Apache. (The command for restarting Apache varies by Linux distro.)
