[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] SIP and Sorters / Self Check systems

Hi Rogan,
They do not print hold slips at the sorter. Their volume is pretty high so
matching the hold slips to the items in the bin was seen as too much hassle
to justify doing it that way.
