[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Wrong cover attached to record

It wasn't. Apparently one of the catalogers either typed in the wrong
ISBN or else used a copy record with incorrect information.

Taking the ISBN from your MARC record and dropping it into Google shows
a ton of hits for "The Runaway Mummy". Are you sure the ISBN in your
MARC record is correct?
