[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] FW: Book bags

We are using 1.6.0.4.  From the opac we can create book bags but we cannot
add items to the book bag.  We do not have a "more actions" button.  Can
anyone tell me what setting I do not have turned on?  Thanks.
