[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Showing online resources in the OPAC

We have some online resources in html format which I want to catalog so
that they will show in the OPAC.  On the staff side, I can get the link
to work by entering the 856 field.  However, I can't find anyway to make
it come up in the OPAC.  I thought about adding a holdings record but
that seems to be a kludge - is there another way?
