Could someone let me know what the first three reports would produce and how you would use them?

Worst query of the day:  the query that took the most time to find the answer(s) to?

Counts for normalized query strings: would this tell you what people are searching for in your catalogue?  (popular searches)

Monthly counts:  how many searches by month?  Overall, or by org unit?

Would these work with a bit of tweaking in a consortium?  Results by org unit?

Has anyone done a "no hits" report?  Queries that didn't find anything.  (Do you need to buy something, re-catalog something, tweak the spell checker, etc.?)
