[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Installing OpenSRF on RHEL5

If you have the resources, run a VM of ubuntu 10.04 or fedora 14 or 15 to
house evergreen.

PS it is kinda funny that rhel hasn't had as much testing, isn't it.
