[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Export patrons

What data are you looking to export? What criteria do you want to use? 
There are two ways to do something like this: 
1. Using the Evergreen Reporter (see: http://wiki.mnpals.org/index.php/Evergreen:User_Guide#Reports or look in the Sitka user manual for the basics) 
2. Connecting directly to the PostgreSQL server and running SQL commands
