[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] ***SPAM*** Problem with generating new organizational unit after upgrade to 2.0.8

It may be that the interface isn't refreshing correctly.  Try
reloading the interface and see if a new placeholder org unit appears
in the tree for you to edit.
